Membership is offered exclusively to staff members of the Ministry of Housing and the Environment.

To register:

• Download and print a copy of the Registration Form or collect one at the library's Circulation desk
• Return the signed and completed form to the library
• All HELU policies must be read in order to ensure the awareness of existing regulations concerning the use of the library
